2jay Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 2jay website, downloading the 2jay mobile app, registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using 2jay on behalf of another person or an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they are also bound by them.

All transactions on 2jay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage — your deposit, your playing balance, your winnings and your withdrawals are all in PKR.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally instant or near-instant; bank transfers may take one to three business days. In all cases, withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements being met.

2jay is not a financial services provider. Funds held in your 2jay account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

2jay offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins and promotional credits tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season and T20 international series. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on 2jay — including Slots, Live Casino and Bingo — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed within the game information panel. All bets placed on 2jay are final once confirmed. You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal way.

11. Limitation of Liability
